Wasn’t aware of the issue going on, taxes all up to date, letter was not received til the 29th . keep it contact w/Servantes and would like to have the penalties dismissed.
Renick asked status of postal stamp the owner is referring to.
Owner states again had the letter been received in time he would have cleaned it up sooner
Gary commented and explained fees
Jeremey answered Jon’s questions, Jon clarified to owner that no penalties just staff time and fees for that time.
Gary explained why inspection was done before 24 hr. notice received
Anthony explained how he saves on penalties fees since he cleaned up
