- Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept Yuba County’s fiscal year 2026-27 Future of Public Health funding for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and to further execute any and all required documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel.
- Recommendation:
- Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt the Resolution of the Board:
Authorizing the Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) Director to submit the required documents to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) to accept Yuba County’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 Future of Public Health (FoPH) funding and any subsequent funds allocated; and
Authorizing the Director to execute, subject to review and approval of County Counsel, all documents as required by the FoPH funding and the resultant allocations for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 including subsequently extended term; execute amendments developed under the FoPH funding, including but not limited to amendments for additional or lesser funding; and accept, transfer and administer all FoPH funding and any subsequent funds allocated for the stated period.
