- Yuba County has been working with Sutter County and Sutter Buttes Properties, (aka: Willow Glen Care Center) on a state grant award of roughly $10,250,000 to build a 16-unit residential treatment facility in Yuba County. The purpose of this agenda item is to gauge the interest of the full Board on whether to pursue selling a 2-acre portion of the County owned property located at 1443 Hammonton-Smartsville Road (APN: 020-160-046) to Sutter Buttes Properties, LLC so they can move forward with building the facility.
