- Recommend the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Yuba County Probation Department (Probation) and Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE), to set the terms by which SCOE and Probation will collaborate to jointly provide services to Yuba County Probation clients and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) clients through a SCOE re-entry program in Yuba County.
