Background
During this fiscal year, County Counsel experienced increased expenditures from filling an attorney vacancy at a higher step than anticipated based on a transfer, unanticipated payouts of leave, and changes from waiver to healthcare coverage. County Counsel also experienced decrease in revenue due to less TRLIA general counsel services than estimated and lower revenue from legal services provided to Child Protective Services.
