Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment to Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) with PRISM to modify and memorialize changes related to increasing number of public entity seats and increasing the number of seats on the Executive Committee.
Approve and authorize the Chair to Execute changes in JPA relating to composition.
