- Human Resources: Approve amendments to memorandums of understanding with Yuba County Deputy Sheriff's Association (DSA), Yuba County Deputy District Attorney Association (DDAA), Yuba County Probation Peace Officers Association (YCPPOA), and Law Enforcement Management/Supervisory Association (MSA) to modify and memorialize changes relating to eligibility and calculation of longevity pay effective immediately for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027; and amendment to modify and memorialize changes relating to payroll transition from a monthly payroll cycle to a bi-weekly payroll cycle effective September 1, 2026, for the term of September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.
- Recommendation:
- 1. Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) with DSA, DDAA, PPOA, and MSA to modify and memorialize changes related to the eligibility and calculation of longevity pay, effective immediately.
2. Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the MOU with DSA, DDAA, PPOA, and MSA to modify and memorialize changes related to the transition from a monthly payroll cycle to a bi-weekly payroll cycle effective September 1, 2026.
