- Staff recommends the Board of Supervisors authorize the Board Chair to sign the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with AECOM to conduct a moderate update to the County’s General Plan and a comprehensive update to the Plumas Lake Specific Plan (PLSP) and prepare necessary California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document(s).
