- Human Resources: Adopt resolution adopting in its entirety the Classification System – Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule, County Elected Officials Basic Salary Schedule, and Extra Help Hourly Schedule in its entirety effective July 1, 2025.
- Recommendation:
- Approve Resolution to adopt in its entirety the Classification System – Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule set forth in Attachment “A”; Yuba County Elected Officials Basic Salary Schedule as set forth in Attachment “B”; and Extra Help Classification System Hourly Schedule as set forth in Attachment “C” effective July 1, 2025, as it relates to the following:
Approved Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 changes.
Contractual agreements with the Yuba County Employees’ Association (YCEA), the Deputy District Attorneys’ Association (DDAA), the Probation Peace Officers’ Association (PPOA), and the Law Enforcement Management / Supervisory Association (MSA).
Agreements with Unrepresented Miscellaneous Management / Elected / Confidential Units and Unrepresented Safety Management / Elected Units.
Modifications to existing classifications and compensation.
