- Background: On June 13, 2022, Code Enforcement assisted the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) with an inspection of the property located at a Vacant Lot on Labadie Way, Dobbins, CA 95935, APN 060-260-063, pursuant to a YCSO Criminal Search Warrant. Upon completion of the inspection, the YCSO seized 1,000 marijuana plants. Thomas Tang was served with a Notice and Order to Abate Public Nuisance ordering him to correct or remove violations of the Yuba County Ordinance Code consisting of:
