- Health and Human Services: Adopt resolutions authorizing Health and Human Services Director to apply to California Department of Housing and Community Development for the Transitional Housing Program (THP) Round 6 allocation, and the Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program (HNMP) Round 3 allocation, from July 1, 2024 through October 31, 2027, and to execute any and all related documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

- Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt the Resolution of the Board:
Authorizing the Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) Director to submit allocation acceptance forms to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for Round 6 of the Transitional Housing Program (THP) and Round 3 of the Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program (HNMP), and any subsequent funds allocated; and
Authorizing the HHSD Director to: execute, subject to review and approval of County Counsel, all documents as required for accepting the allocations for the THP Round 6/HNMP Round 3 for the term of July 1, 2024 through October 31, 2027 including subsequently extended term; execute amendments, including but not limited to, amendments for additional or lesser funding; and accept, transfer and administer all program funds including any subsequent funds allocated for the stated period.
