- It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve the Memorandum of Understandings between Feather River Manor, located at 3962 West Ella Ave. Olivehurst, CA 95961, and Comfort Haven for the Elderly, located at 125 E Tenth St. Marysville, CA 95901, with the Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) for the Community Care Expansion (CCE) Preservation Program, for the term of August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2026, and authorize the Chair to execute.
