- Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Youth for Change for the provision of the California Home Visiting Program to serve families referred from Yuba County’s Public Health Maternal Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) program for the period of November 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.
- Recommendation:
- It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between the County of Yuba, on behalf of its Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) and Youth for Change for the provision of the California Home Visiting Program (CHVP) utilizing the Parents as Teachers (PAT) model and authorize the Chair to execute.
