- Recommendation:
- It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Adopt the Resolution of the Board authorizing the Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) Director to enter into an Agreement with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), to conduct both case review and first-level quality assurance, for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029; and
Authorize the HHSD Director to execute, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management, agreements, amendments, and subsequent documents related to the case review and first-level quality assurance activities.
