Recommendation:: RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Adopt the Resolution of the Board authorizing the Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) Director to accept, transfer, and administer allocated funds from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) through its Tuberculosis Control Branch (TBCB), for the Real-Time Allotment funding for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; and
Authorize the Director to execute all documents as required by the allocation and the resultant grant.
