- Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept, transfer, administer funds allocated by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for the Future of Public Health (FoPH) for the term of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, and to execute any and all further documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.
- Recommendation:
- It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Adopt the resolution of the Board authorizing the Director of Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) to accept, transfer, and administer allocated funds from the California Department of Public Health for the Future of Public Health program for Fiscal Years 2023-2026; and
Authorize the Director to execute all documents as required by the allocation and the resultant grant; and to amend contracts for additional or lesser funding.
