Background
Plumas 134, L.P. was the developer that constructed the public improvements for Riverside Meadows Village 3 Subdivision. The project consisted of constructing street improvements such as paved roadways, storm drain, curb, gutter, sidewalk and streetlights for tract homes East of Potomac Way, South of Cimarron Drive, North of Powder Way and West of State Highway 70.
Discussion
The developer has completed the improvements. The Board of Supervisors has the authority to accept the improvements as complete and release the security. Once the Board takes action to accept the improvements as complete, the Public Works Director will file a notice of completion and return the security at the end of the warranty period.

The Land Use & Public Works Committee was bypassed due to the routine nature of this request.
