Important Notice Regarding COVID 19

In compliance with California Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 (March 17, 2020), members of the Board of Supervisors and members of the public will participate in the meeting by teleconference via Zoom.

Executive Order N-29-20 authorizes local legislative bodies to hold public meetings via teleconference and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to members of the public. Members of the public are encouraged to observe and participate in the teleconference.

For members of the public interested in viewing and having the ability to comment at the public meeting via Zoom, an internet enabled computer equipped with a microphone and speaker or a mobile device with a data plan is required. Use of a webcam is optional. Login information for each meeting can be found on the front page of the agenda, along with instructions.

Public comment may also be provided in writing via email to the Clerk of the Board at Clerk's email. Written public comment received via email prior to the adjournment of the meeting will be included in the record. If received before the end of the Board's discussion of an agenda item, emails or comments about the item will be read or summarized by staff. Comments will be taken in the order received.
