Request approval to award Sealed Bid 22-006 Vehicle and Tire repair Services Contract to five (5) repair shops and on (1) mobile tire repair shop. Herman and Sons, Tularosa; Master Tune, Alamogordo; Rick Rogers, Cloudcroft; Fire Fighter Trucks, Las Cruces; Fierro Tires, Alamogordo. This is a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for an additional three (3) years not to exceed a total of four(4) years.
Request approval Resolution #10-14-21/110-16 and agreement between the Southeastern New Mexico Economic Development District (Council of Governments and Otero County for fiscal year 21/22 in the amount of $8000.00.
Request approval of an employment agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and Roy Nichols to serve as County Attorney.
Request approval of a grant agreeement between the New Mexico Department of Transportation and Otero County for funding on the following projects: Project No. 02-AL-64-073 End Driving While Impaired (ENDWI) in the amount of $10,944.00; Project No. 02-OP-RF-073, Buckle Up/ Click it or Ticket (BKLUP/CIOT) in the amount of $1,824.00; Project No. 02-PT-RF-073 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) in the amount of $14,402.00.
