Request approval of Healthcare Assistance Claims and Disposition Claims for December 2020.
Request approval of Resolution #12-10-20/109-23, regarding 2021 compliance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
Request approval of Resolution #12-10-20/109-25 waiving the minimum penalty of $5.00 for deliquent taxes as per NM State Statute Section 7-38-50.
Request approval of Resolution #12-10-20/109-26 and lease and management agreement between Otero County and Sacramento Mountain Senior Services, Inc. for the High Rolls Senior Center.
Request approval to award RFP 21-002 Architect/Engineer On-Call Services to three vendors ASA, WILSON, SHELLY HUGHES. This is a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for an additional three (3) years not to exceed a total of four (4) years.
Request approval to award Sealed Bid 21-005 Road Materials Contract to three (3) vendors, Aggregate, Batte, RD Blankenship. This is a one year contract with the option to renew for an additional three (3) years not to exceed a total of four (4) years.
Request approval of the renewal of an agreement between Otero County and Management Associates, Inc., for all facets of labor relations and Human Resources on as needed basis at $150.00 per hour.
Request approval of the renewel of an agreement between Otero County and the Village of Tularosa for the disposal of Tularosa's solid waste at the Otero County Convenience Center.
Request approval to allow the Otero County Fair Association to use Fairgrounds property for RV and Boat storage.
Request approval of an agreement with between Otero County and Lincoln County to house inmates at a rate of $80/per day.
Request approval of an agreement with the City of Alamogordo to maintain traffic signals in the La Luz school zone.
Scheduled Citizen Communications:
David Dewey has requested his statement in reference to Covid 19 be read to the Board of County Commissioners.
Mario Samaniego would like to discuss 19 E. Groesbeeck quitclaim exchange with the Board of County Commissioners.
Laurie Anderson would like to present a quarterly report to the Board of County Commissioners.
Unscheduled Citizen Communications: (Limited to 3 Minutes)
The issues raised during "Unscheduled Citizen Communication" are not action items and shall not be entitled to decision making by the Otero County Commission at the meeting where they are first raised. These items must pertain to County business, which cannot wait until the next regularly scheduled meeting.
Request the Board of County Commissioners select and prioritize their capital outlay projects for submission to the New Mexico Legislature.
Request approval to the dedicate the Otero County Fairgrounds Pavilion to the late William Mershon.
