Request approval of Resolution #10-08-20/109-18 for the prelimanry Engineering Report for the Timberon Guard Rail replacement project.
Request approval of an agreement between Otero County and the State of New Mexico for the Juvenile Adjudication Fund Grant Program in the amount of $7,200.00.
Request approval for the County Manager and the Finance Director to execute sub-recipient agreements for CARES Act Small Business Grants.
Request approval of a grant betweent the New Mexico Department of Transportation and Otero County for funding on the projects: Project No. 01-AL-64-073 End Driving While Impaired (ENDWI) in amount of $10,950.00, Project No. 01-OPRF-073 Buckle Up (BKLUP/Click It or Ticket (CIOT) in the amount of $1,800.00, Project No. 01-PT-RF Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) in the amount of $11,400.00.

Discuss and consider approval of an application to the City of Alamogordo to change the name of Martin Luther King Jr Drive in front of the Otero Countt Detention Center.
Request approval to schedule and advertise a public hearing to consider a Code of Conduct Ordinance.
Request approval of a Memorandum of Understanding in the amount of $15,000 between New Mexico State University - Alamogordo and the Healthcare Services Department to partner and fund two work-study positions for one year to assist with data collections, compilation, reporting, and promotion of the 100% Otero to address and reduce adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and improve overall quality of life for Otero County residents.
