Request Approval of Healthcare Assistance Claims and Disposition Claims for August 2019.
Request approval of amended Resolution #08-08-19/108-02, designating polling places for the 2019 Local Election. This is an amendment of Resolution #9-21-17/106-08 and Resolution #6-13-19/107-80.
Request approval of Resolution #08-08-19/108-03 and agreement between Otero County and Southeastern New Mexico Economic Development District/Council of Governments for fiscal year 2019/2020 in the amount of $8,000.00.
Request approval to award Sealed Bid 20-002 Uniform Rental & Laundry Services to UniFirst Corporation, El Paso TX. This is one (1) year contract with the option to renew for an additional three (3) years not to exceed a total of four (4) years.
Request approval to award Sealed Bid 19-031 Roof Replacement of the OC Prison, to C.D. General, Las Cruces, NM. The Amount bid is $1,161,500.00 not including taxes.
Request approval to award RFP 19-043 Inmate Health Care Services to Vital Core, Topeka, Kansas. For the amount of ($1,438,822.00) this includes Dental Services. Contract will be for one (1) year with the option to renew for an additional seven(7) years not to exceed a total of eight (8) years.
Request appointment of Tom Porter as the Technical Committee member and Policy Committee member to represent Otero County on the Southeast Regional Transportatin Planning Organization (SERTPO).
Unscheduled Citizen Communications: (Limited to 3 Minutes)
The issues raised during "Unscheduled Citizen Communication" are not action items and shall not be entitled to decision making by the Otero County Commission at the meeting where they are first raised. These items must pertain to County business, which cannot wait until the next regularly scheduled meeting.
Request approval of Resolution #08-08-19/108-04 to adopt the 2021-2025 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP).
Discuss and consider adopting Ordinance No. 19-06, Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 18-01 Entitled “An Ordinance Relating to Promotion of Economic Development and Commerce by Regulation of Certain Involuntary Payments Required of Employees in Otero County.
Request approval to schedule and advertise a public hearing on Ordinance No. 19-07 to adopt changes in Gross Receipts Tax due to House Bill 479.
