RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approving the State of MN Pricing Contract F529(5) for fuel services for an annual cost not to exceed $500,000 with the option to extend the contract for Four 12 month periods through January 31,2029 to Beaudry Oil & Service, Inc. to furnish and deliver fuel products to MPRB owned fuel tanks Pending City purchasing approval.
