First Reading and Public Hearing to Approve the resolution to delete Chapter 8.180. of The Official Code of Hall County, Georgia, titled "Post-Construction Stormwater Management for New Development and Redevelopment" and to substitute in lieu thereof the newly revised chapter of the same name; to meet the new requirements of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting resolutions and ordinances; and for other purposes.
