Approve interlocal agreement between City of Dallas and Grayson County Sheriff Office regarding the North Texas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Accept insurance supplement check from Texas Association of Counties for $2,404.25 for damages to Sheriff's Office Unit 304.

Accept into the minutes the renewal agreement for janitorial services with Ambassador Services, LLC.

Authorize payment of $50,127.49 to Cate Land & Cattle for the pickup and care of 39 horses from 6/18/2026 thru 8/13/2026.

Discuss and take action to approve the Inmate Communications Service Agreement between the Grayson County Sheriff's Office and Correct Solutions to provide inmate phone service.

Discuss and take appropriate action to approve a sole source exemption and authorize the expenditure of funds with Substrata, LLC for the purchase of Perma-Zyme.
