Authorize payment of $50,312 to City of Whitewright for August 2026 Fire & Ambulance Services.

Authorize payment of $790,125 to Bank of New York Mellon for Tax Notes Series 2024.

Authorize payment of $1,078,500 to Bank of New York Mellon for Tax & Revenue Certificates of Obligation Series 2018.
9. Action Items

Discuss and take action on request for an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Whitesboro to distribute road oil on approximately four miles of City maintained roads.

Discuss and take action on Resolution #2026-035 in accordance with section 791.014 of the Texas Government Code for Associated Interlocal Contract Agreement.

Discuss and take action regarding acceptance of Meadow Estates Court into the County Road System and establish a speed limit of 20 mph in Precinct 2.

Discuss and take action on the Replat of Old Tioga Road Addition, Lots 1R, 2R, and 3R in Precinct 3.

Discuss and take action on the Replat of Lots 18 and 19, Block A Annadale Addition in Precinct 4.
