CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence.

Approve request to use the courthouse grounds for the Moonlight Market on the second and fourth Friday's in August, September, October and November.

Accept into the minutes the signed Indigent Care Program Management Agreement Amendment Number 2 between Grayson County Health Clinic and Grayson County.

Accept insurance check from Allstate Indemnity for $842.30 for damages to a Sheriff's Office vehicle caused by another driver.

Accept supplemental insurance check from Texas Association of Counties for $9,608.33 for additional damages to Sheriff's Office Unit 117.

Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the professional services agreement between Grayson County and Huitt-Zollars, Inc. for Engineering and Development Consulting Services.

Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the professional services agreement between Grayson County and Hillary Clark Law PLLC for legal services.

Discuss and take action on Order 2026-026 delegating authority to the County Engineer to regulate traffic on county roads and county property.

Discuss and take action to approve payment of overtime to Facilities Maintenance employees for work over 40 hours/week on remodel to be reimbursed by NTRA tenant.

Discuss and take action on interlocal agreement with the City of Denison for Eisenhower Road maintenance.

Discuss and take action regarding acceptance of Deer Crossing Road, Avery Lane, and Ryker Lane into the County Road System and establish a speed limit of 20 mph in Precinct 1.
