CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. Accept into the minutes the Juvenile Services Amended Salary Orders for Fiscal 2026 as approved by the Juvenile Board.

Approve a request from Frontier Communications for a road bore on Old Highway 6, Mardell Ln, Hidden Meadow Trl, and Dicken Rd in Precinct 1.

Authorize payment of $52,344.12 to Huntington National Bank for the Fiscal 2026 lease payment for the 2025 Caterpillar 140 Motorgrader at Precinct 4.

Authorize payment of $120,500 to Texas Department of Transportation for additional sponsor share of Project 2501DENSN and approve related agreement amendment.

Authorize payment of $469,249 to R.B. Everett & Co. for the purchase of an Entyre 4WD Chipspreader at Precinct 1.
9. Action Items

Discuss quarterly update on the expansion project of Grayson County Jail provided by AGCM, the project management firm.

Discuss and take action to approve the Interlocal Agreement between the Grayson County and the City of Denison for a consolidated communications system for public safety and governmental services.
9.3
Discuss and take action to reject all proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) 2026-12 Application for Sub-Depository Bank in Van Alstyne, Texas opened on Monday, July 13, 2026, due to noncompliance with mandatory bid security requirements (cashier’s check), and to authorize the Purchasing Agent to reissue the RFP in accordance with Texas Local Government Code and county purchasing policies.

Discuss and take action regarding an amendment to the Fiscal 2026 salary order for Justice of the Peace Precinct 1, with no budget change.

Discuss and take action on the Final Plat Sunset Ranch, Phase 2A in Precinct 1.
