Discuss and take action on Resolution Number 2026-030 regarding mental health service and filing fees.

Discuss and take action on Interlocal Agreements #2026-PCT1-027, #2026-PCT1-028, and #2026-PCT1-029 between Grayson County and the City of Van Alstyne, the City of Howe, and Howe Municipal Utility District No. 1, respectively, for a 2-course chip rock rebuild of a section of Blythe Road.

Discuss and take action on Resolution #2026-029 in accordance with Section 791.014 of the Texas Government Code for associated Interlocal Contract Agreements with the City of Van Alstyne, the City of Howe, and Howe Municipal Utility District No. 1 regarding Blythe Road.
