Discuss and take action on Interlocal Agreement #2026-PCT1-023 between Grayson County and the City of Howe for a 2-course chip rock rebuild of W. Davis Road.

Discuss and take action on Resolution #2026-028 in accordance with Section 791.014 of the Texas Government Code for associated Interlocal Contract Agreements with the City of Howe.
