CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence.

Approve a request from the City of Tioga for a road bore along Hart Ln in Precinct 3.

Approve a request from Two Way Special Utility District for a road bore on Ethel Cemetery Rd in Precinct 3.

Accept into the minutes the signed agreement between Grayson County and Williams Landscape for Bid 2026-07 Construction of Dumpster Enclosure.

Approve a request from Frontier Communications for a road bore along Farmington Rd, Cavender Rd, Loftice Rd, and Blythe Rd in Precinct 1.
8. Act on Bills

Authorize payment of $50,000.00 to Red Top Trucking for payment associated with Bid 2026-10 Purchase of Used Bobtail Dump Truck for Precinct 4.
9. Action Items
9.1
Provide update on the Flood Management Evaluation (FME) for Small and Rural Communities Program administered by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for the Choctaw Creek and Davenport Road project.
9.2
Discuss and take action on a resolution suppporting Grayson Central Appraisal District acquisition of abandoned railroad property adjacent to current property.
9.3
Discuss and take action to approve Lieutenant Shane Kumler as the Reutilization, Transfer and Donation Screener for the State Plan of Operation between Grayson County Sheriff's Office and and the State of Texas.
9.4
Discuss and take action on request for an interlocal agreement with the City of Gunter for road improvements to Hunter Road and Kimberlin Road.

Approve resolution #2026-025 to authorize an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Gunter for contracted road repairs to Hunter Road and Kimberlin Road.

Discuss and take action on the Replat of Muirfield Addition, Block D, Lots 2 and 3 in Precinct 4.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Commissioners Court reserves the right to meet in executive session to consult with attorney.
