CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence.

Approve a request from Frontier Communications for a Right-of-Way Permit on Ponderosa Rd, Stark Rd, Samuel Rd, Shepherd Rd, Newman Rd, Lopez Rd, Tate Cir, and Biggerstaff Rd in Precinct 1.

Approve a request from Two Way Special Utility District for a Road Bore on Old Sherman Rd in Precinct 3.

Discuss and take action on an Order to create and appoint a Criminal Associate Judge of Grayson County under Texas Government Code 54A.002.

Hold a public hearing on reauthorization of existing guidelines and criteria relating to tax abatement agreements and reinvestments zones.

Discuss and take action to approve a resolution reauthorizing existing guidelines and criteria relating to tax abatement agreements and designated areas as reinvestment zones.

Approve a resolution terminating the Interlocal Agreement between Grayson County and the GCRMA regarding governing of the North Texas Regional Airport.

Discuss and take appropriate action on awarding Bid #2026-10, Used Bobtail Trucks, to all vendors, Red Top Trucking and Southwest International Trucks.
