Authorize payment of $793,807.96 to Texas Association of Counties Health & Employee Benefits Pool for May 2026.

Discuss and take action to approve the total loss settlement offer from the Texas Association of Counties on a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe, VIN ending 162116, and declare the asset as surplus for disposal.

Consider and take action on Order 2026-019, establishing personnel time limits for public information requests under Texas Government Code 552.275.

Discuss and take appropriate action on awarding Bid #2026-06, Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Overlay Project for Precinct 1, to the recommended vendor, Reynolds Asphalt and Construction Company.
