Approve the transfer of surplus radio and light equipment from District Attorney to Fire Marshal.

Authorize payment of $1,178,716.59 for Health Department Local Provider Participation Fund (LPPF) pass through to State Comptroller for ATLIS Program FY26.

Authorize payment of $320,170.29 for Health Department Local Provider Participation Fund (LPPF) pass through to State Comptroller for uncompensated care for FY26 (HARP) Hospital Augmented Reimbursement Program.

Authorize payment of $720,862.40 to Sedalco for March 2026 services completed on the jail expansion project.

Discuss and take action on a Memorandum of Understanding between Grayson County Sheriff's Office and the City of Howe, for mobile data terminal access to county dispatch systems.

Declare the provided list of computer equipment surplus and dispose of it responsibly using Universal Recycling Technologies at no cost to Grayson County.

Hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Texas Transportation Code 251.013(d), regarding a proposed Order to redesignate a section of Strickland Road as Oak Hill Road in the unincorporated area of Grayson County, generally located between Van Alstyne and Tom Bean.

Discuss and take action on Order No. 2026-018, redesignating a section of Strickland Road as Oak Hill Road in the unincorporated area of Grayson County, generally located between Van Alstyne and Tom Bean.
