7. Consent Agenda

CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence.

Approve the transfer of 2 reach-in freezers and 2 reach-in refrigerators from Jail Expansion to Juvenile, in exchange for $2,000 equipment budget transfer.

Accept insurance check from Texas Association of Counties for $5,703.18 for damages to a Sheriff's Office vehicle.

Authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue Request for Bids 2026-10 for the purchase of Model Year 2006-2011 Semi-Trucks for Grayson County.

Authorize the Purchasing Agent to release Request for Proposals 2026-09 Annex Elevator Modernization.

Discuss quarterly update on the expansion project of Grayson County Jail provided by AGCM, the project management firm.

Discuss and take action on the Fire Marshal’s Office request for Thomson Reuters CLEAR Investigative Software for 1-5 users.

Discuss and take action to declare a Glock 19, Gen 4, serial number BDCN924, as surplus county property and present to Adam Bradshaw upon his retirement.

Discuss and take action on Resolution #2026-017 in accordance with Section 791.014 of the Texas Government Code for associated Interlocal Contract Agreements with the City of Sherman.

Discuss and take action on Interlocal Agreement #2026-PCT1-026 between Grayson County and the City of Sherman for a 2-course chip rock rebuild of Shepherd Road.

Discuss and take action on request for approval of a Developer's Contract for Hillstone Estates in Precinct 3.
