Commissioner Marr explained Order 2026-026 delegating authority to the County Engineer to regulate traffic on county roads and county property.
Commissioner Wright requested there be a policy in place to regulate that authority.
The Court considered and approved Order 2026-026 delegating authority to the County Engineer to regulate traffic on county roads and county property pending upon a policy put in place to regulate that authority.
