Gayla Hawkins, Grayson County Treasurer and Jodi Platt, Grayson County Purchasing Agent, addressed the Court to take action to reject all proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) 2026-12 Application for Sub-Depository Bank in Van Alstyne, Texas opened on Monday, July 13, 2026, due to noncompliance with mandatory bid security requirements (cashier’s check), and to authorize the Purchasing Agent to reissue the RFP in accordance with Texas Local Government Code and county purchasing policies.
The Court considered and approved rejecting all proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) 2026-12 Application for Sub-Depository Bank in Van Alstyne, Texas opened on Monday, July 13, 2026, due to noncompliance with mandatory bid security requirements (cashier’s check), and to authorize the Purchasing Agent to reissue the RFP in accordance with Texas Local Government Code and county purchasing policies.
