John Weda, Fire Marshall, addressed the Court requesting approval or rejection of the sale of fireworks for the dates allowed per Texas Occupations Code 2154.202.
Commissioner James made a motion to approve the sale of fireworks for July 4th and New Year’s. Judge Dawsey seconded the motion. Yes: Commissioner James and Judge Dawsey; No: Commissioner Whitmire, Commissioner Hardenburg and Commissioner Arthur
