Pat Frost was appointed to the ERS Board in 2025 by Gov. Greg Abbott.
Pat Frost is a recognized leader in both the financial services industry and the community who seamlessly combines his role as an executive manager with his commitment to community service, working passionately in the areas of economic development, health care, education and sports.
Mr. Frost has chaired more than 40 boards in the community and played an integral part in the growth of Frost Bank to its current position as one of the 50 largest US banks, with $48 billion in assets. Under his leadership, the bank's trust, brokerage, and advisory assets grew to $54 billion.
Mr. Frost graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1982; and a Master of Business Administration in1984 from the University of Texas at Austin.
His term expires August 31, 2030.
