Executive Session - In accordance with Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees will meet in executive session to consult with its attorney to seek advice on legal matters, including pending or contemplated litigation and other legal matters in which the duty of the attorney to the Board of Trustees under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act. Thereafter, the Board may consider appropriate action in open session.
