911 Emergency Communications Recorder Replacement

Staff recommends approval for Emergency Communications to purchase a new primary site recorder that has multi-line recording capabilities. In addition, to properly allocate for the purchase of the recorder, staff requests the transfer of $45,000 from the Capital Projects/Site Development account (327-7552-423.77-10) to the Capital Projects/Equipment- Radios/Mobiles account (327-7552-423.78-16). Between the remaining project funds and contract savings the recorder purchase can be made without additional county funds.
